Outside of Ruby Tuesday Kapolei Details

  • Appts are available and walk-ins are welcome

  • The vaccine is administered at no cost to you (insurance not required)

  • Hawaii Pacific Health is providing and administering the Pfizer (now called Comirnaty; for ages 12+), Moderna (for ages 18+) and Johnson & Johnson (for ages 18+) vaccines

  • Third doses of the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine are available for immunocompromised individuals

  • Face mask must be worn at all times

  • Minors ages 12-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

    Please Bring

  • Picture I.D.

  • If you have insurance, bring your insurance card.

  • For second and third doses, bring the CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card that was provided to you at your first appointment.
